QA Team Lead

We're looking for a highly motivated, fast learner, hands-on QA Team Lead to join our team in Jerusalem (full-time position)

​

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing team of QA engineers

• Perform hands-on testing and review the QA engineers’ work

• Use Test Management tools to create, maintain, track and execute test cases; as well as using the Defect Tracking tools

• Provide feedback on product performance and user experience

• Perform analysis for defects found, including analysis of application logs

• Handle complex workflows under tight deadlines

• Execute test cases, manually or in automated processes, capture and analyze the results, document issues and prepare test reports

• Present testing results and progress to the R&D team and management

Qualifications​

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA & at least 1 year as a QA TL in agile development organizations

• Self-fast-learner, curious, and responsible

• Problem-finding and solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills

• Team player with great communication skills and leadership capabilities

Advantages​

• Experience in automation tests and knowledge in QA automation tools and environments

• Experience in Linux and its various tools and commands for debugging

• Military or other experience working with complex systems (e.g. simulations)

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
